Precision hole cutting-First and second margin can cut a clean round hole. It can achieve a reamer hole finish. Reduce reaming process.
Long cutting life. It will achieve 600+ holes on a ½ thickness sheet metal without coolant. 30% better.
Narrow accurate margin will remain the same cutting speed as standard drill bits.
Thick web can cut alloy, alloy steel and stainless steel.
NAS907 135 split point can self-center cutting on the work piece. Reduce walking.
