- Innox investment casting (lost wax casting) department can finish complex, precision investment casting with low cost on the tooling and unit price. The material can be carbon steel, stainless steel, tool steel or alloy steel. The tolerance can be 0.50mm per 25mm. CNC machining department to machine the parts to be more accurate dimensions and hold the tolerance with in 0.03mm per 25mm. The investment casting (lost wax casting)process is wax injection in aluminum mold, wax assembled to be wax tree, sand/ceramic investment, de-wax in the heating oven. Mold sintering to dry out the mold, melted metal poured into the investment casting mold. Break the sand/ceramic to get the casting and cleaning.
